How do you put one of those "Biographical Information" tables on a page?  

The Article on joining the wiki says in the "Beyblades (non-usable) " section:

"...we ask that you add a raunchy D03:54, August 1, 2012 (UTC)~~ top of the page."

Do I have to put that exact text there, or do I put in the current date and time?
