Plot[]

Catherine and Isolde are walking on a path alongside one of the canals, Isolde tells Catherine that she is worried about her parents, saying that even though she knows they’re strong people, the people that captured them are really evil. Catherine reassures her, hugging Isolde and telling her that those people wouldn’t harm them, as they need to keep them so the WBBA won’t do anything to stop them. Isolde ponders why the WBBA hasn’t done anything yet as Catherine releases her, Catherine shrugging and saying the bad guys are probably using the fact that El Dorado has that weird camouflage invisibility thing to hide themselves.

Iruna meets Catherine and Isolde as they come up the stairs from the canal, she asks the pair if they’re ready for a really fun day, Trapalanda style, they look at each other, Isolde breaking into a smile and hugging Iruna, saying definitely.  Vixin and Lin walk down the alley adjacent to them, Iruna saying they’re all here now, and they set off. As they walk down the road, Vixen asks why Iruna doesn’t seem to have many friends, Iruna says all her friends are actually training or studying right now, she graduated earlier so she just does whatever she wants, until the first round of Wheeler or Granada or Liberty-Blade student acceptance periods begins, Lin asks what the other two places are, since they’ve only been told about Wheeler, Blade-Wave is for people who want to work with beys, but for things like repairing buildings, or growing food, but they opened an arts program about 11 years ago. Lin asks Iruna which one she wants to go to, Iruna says she’d rather just become a professional blader, but her dad wants her to go to either Wheeler or Blade-Wave. Catherine interrupts, asking what Iruna has in mind, Iruna says she wants to take them to the coolest spots in Trapalanda.

The group walk into a bazaar, Iruna explaining that this place sells items from the Dark History, and you can get anything here, from antique clothing, to beygear, even some relics, as well as art, basically anything they can think of. Vixen asks how they’re gonna buy anything, seeing as they don’t have any special money or anything, Iruna shrugs and says they use normal money here. The group look around in the store for a short while, before Iruna collects them, saying they’re gonna go somewhere else soon so if there’s anything they want to buy, they should get it now, adding that she’s found a really cool belt. Lin says she found a bunch of cool little pictures of beys that were made by Carmer, an artist from the Early Era, and she wants to get them for her family, Isolde laughs and holds up a Gravity Bandits t-shirt, saying that guy in the middle is her super-great-grandfather, Catherine says she couldn’t find anything she likes, and Vixin says she’s gonna buy a necklace for her brother. After the group complete their purchases, Iruna takes them to the next store, a boutique, Catherine is in awe, going around to every rack to look at the garments, followed closely by Isolde and Vixin, while Iruna and Lin look around with a much slower, more methodical pace. Catherine buys 3 new outfits, Isolde buying a jacket and some pants, as well as 2 jackets for Vixin and a shirt for Lin, Iruna herself buys a dress, saying she normally wouldn’t buy anything, but the girls have talked her into it. The group then move on, going to a cafe, which serves traditional food, while they wait for the food to arrive, Vixen remarks that Trapalanda is pretty normal, she thought it would be all ancient and stuff, especially based on how they dress. Iruna giggles as the others look shocked, Catherine saying not to be rude, saying they dress this way as it’s very hot here, and it’s just how people have dressed for years and years, it worked for them so it works for people now.

Vent is preparing her launcher, taking Beygear out of a case and attaching it, she tells Clémentine that she is attaching a Re-Steady, because she doesn’t know how intense it will be out there, and her hands shake sometimes, as well as her Sight Scope, which actually has the power to boost fire-based attacks. Vent asks Clémentine if she’s ever used a relic before, Clémentine shakes her head, saying they’re a new phenomenon for her, they only touched on them in her final year of Technique Studies, but only very briefly. Vent asks if she’d like to use some, as it might give her the advantage when they go and liberate El Dorado, pulling out a Trigger Grip that contains the power to stop any type of storm, from rain to dust to blizzard, Clémentine says no thank you, but asks Vent if she has anything to increase the duration or effect of fog based attacks. Vent thinks for a second, asking why she wants that if she uses a dark-element bey, Clémentine explaining that her blading style revolves around surprise attacks, her Anubis creating a fog of dark energy that can obscure it from view. Vent says they don’t have anything like that, she’d have to create it herself, but she does have a Ripcord Winder that can block out the sun around the area of the battle, Clémentine looking excited and saying that’d be quite interesting. Clémentine asks if everyone in Trapalanda use relics, Vent saying pretty much, except for the young ones who haven't been taught to use them properly yet, Clémentine says she should probably find some for all her friends too, as they haven’t got any, Vent agreeing, asking what types of bey they use and how they blade.
