This face depicts Rakalon, the Black Ring Bird, it is made of white hardlight energy.	This Re-Quip attaches to Rakalon's spin track, it is 15 feathers bits, which are parts controlled by Vhast's mind, they are made of hardlight energy.
Energy Ring: Rakalon	4D Metal Wheel: Black Ring Wing
This Energy Ring has a number of protrusions that stick up like a crown, these protrusions can act as pile drivers, the Ring is white, while the protrusions are red.	This Fusion Wheel is a huge Black Ring generator, it is pure white, with gold designs, and a hardlight black ring on the outside that forms the edge of the Wheel.
Spin Track: Falling Debris	Performance Tip: Buster Hail
This is a basic white Spin Track at a height of about a 230 track, it is perfectly smooth, except for a groove where the Re-Quip connects to it.	This Performance Tip has a free-spinning bottom made of hardlight energy, because it is made of hardlight energy it can extend, it is white.

Halo Wing: Rakalon creates a set of hardlight feathers that Vhast controls with his mind to attack the opposing bey. Nightmare Feather: Rakalon creates a hardlight field around itself, this field provides protection from attacks. Galactos: Rakalon creates waves of hardlight energy that expand around it.
Special Move
Black Ring Bird: Rakalon's beast rises out of the bey, as it flies up it generates a black ring around the opposing bey, this ring pins the opposing bey into place as the feathers from Rakalon detach and become bits for Vhast to control.
