Toby is the fourth (Substitute) member of team SkyRaiders. Toby was born and raised in Amercia so when FastBlade won the American qulification to be America's leader, He let Toby join as the sub. Ever since then, Toby has owed FastBlade a great deal. He blades with his bey Soaring Aquille 125WD. Unfortunatly, he usually loses battles for unknown reasons.
